Meet Pooja Gupta

Functional Nutrition Counsellor | Science-Based. Compassion-Led.

HealthUp was born from lived experience, not trends or theories.

After years in the corporate world with an MBA in Finance, Pooja stepped away to focus on family. During Covid, family had numerous health issues starting from weight gain to fatty liver.

What stood out wasn’t just the health issues  it was the lack of clear, personalised guidance. Advice felt generic. Solutions felt confusing. And “this is normal” didn’t feel acceptable.

That discomfort sparked a deep journey into understanding health at its roots.

Pooja went on to train with globally respected institutions, including Stanford Medicine and the Functional Nutrition Alliance, learning to see the body as an interconnected system  not isolated symptoms.

Today, she guides clients with empathy, clarity, and education helping them build habits that feel realistic, respectful, and sustainable.
